Course Overview
This course is designed to
provide participants with the knowledge to perform a range of
complex administrative skills in the areas of information
technology, communication, teamwork and record keeping.
Underpinning Skills
Equivalent to Certificate III
in Business, or
Certificate III in Business
Administration plus

workplace experience is strongly recommended.
